Our Story
Goshen Funding was founded by Dan and LaTane Smith, a husband and wife team based in Cleveland, Tennessee.
After getting married in 1999, they jumped headfirst into real estate together. Dan had already picked up a few rental properties before they were married, and from there they began steadily growing their portfolio with rentals, fix and flips, and any opportunity they could responsibly take on.
Over the last 25 years, their passion for real estate has only grown. They have invested across several asset classes, including residential, commercial, and self storage.
As they watched their sons begin their own real estate journeys, one thing stood out: funding is almost always a hurdle. Out of that need, Goshen Funding was created to give investors access to the capital they need to move on good deals.
After years of owning residential rentals, completing flips, and self managing their properties, Dan and LaTane chose a new lane in the real estate world. Today, Goshen Funding focuses on helping other investors move forward in their own real estate journey.
Dan and LaTane live in Cleveland, TN with their three children, Ethan, Hayden, and Zoe.
